Well it was BBQ night so we needed a Salad... so I went out the back. So happy to be getting so much from the garden in winter! Salad is not just lettuce but Red Cos, Nasturtiums, Parsley, Rainbow Chard, English Spinach, Red and Green Frizzy Lettuce (Green is out of the lawn!), Kale, Oregano, Native Violet flowers, Dragons Tongue Beans, Purple King beans, Easter Egg Radishes and a long scarlet radish.
As you can see my boys don't wait until dinner before eating their salad hehe.
As well as all of this we had a sieve full of parsley for the potatoes and rosemary for the steaks!
