Well this didn't take long! Cooked the boys pasta tonight... fresh Oregano and Thyme from the Hydroponics and fresh Basil from the back garden!
Feeling pretty happy about what we have growing and less than 3 weeks after planting we are getting enough to not have to buy certain things at the shops :-)

and since I cannot eat the pasta... I am having salad... with not a lettuce leaf in sight!
Left to right - Top... Rocket, Kale, Spinach, Rainbow Chard.
Bottom... Chives and watercress.
